Road to Home Ownership Program

The Road to Home Ownership Program was created to service a need to assist first-time homebuyers who are challenged by issues currently preventing them from qualifying for a mortgage loan. The program is aimed at individuals who have a desire to become homeowners, but need some assistance in getting there. The program is not a debt-management service but a counseling program designed to help you set and achieve financial goals so that you can realize home ownership.

• Assistance with credit repair
• Assistance with credit disputes & updates with credit repositories
• Assistance with negotiating various debt settlements
• Assistance with establishing new credit
• Assistance with drafting letters of explanation
• Education on down payment and financing options

• Continuous support while in the program

Score Advantage Program

The Score Advantage Program is designed to help our clients achieve a target credit score in the quickest time possible to take advanatage of the most beneficial loan program.
